Minnesota State University Moorhead
Moorhead, Minnesota

When renovating the library, Minnesota State University Moorhead knew they wanted to create something in the middle of ultra-modern and a homey, wood, fireplace kind of feel. LIAT worked with both the architect and end users to modify the design of the Versailles Collection to fit the growing and changing needs of the faculty, staff and students. “The sightlines are incredible,” says Pam Werre, curriculum materials librarian. “There’s no change in footprint, but it’s just that open feel, and the improvement in the lighting, that make it feel so much more spacious and open.”
